Modulo 6: Best practices per l'educazione interculturale

L'educazione interculturale può essere un principio educativo, un tema interdisciplinare o insegnato attraverso specifiche materie curricolari. La prima fase ha visto una prima mappatura delle politiche e delle misure esistenti relative all'integrazione degli studenti migranti nelle scuole in 42 sistemi educativi.

Di cosa tratta questo modulo?

Alla fine di questo modulo, gli studenti sapranno:

  • Avere una gamma di pratiche che possono essere utilizzate per le loro attività di insegnamento in contesti interculturali.
  • Coltivare le competenze e le conoscenze per essere partecipanti attivi dell'integrazione.
  • Avere una serie di consigli ed esperienze che possono essere combinati o adattati, al fine di rispondere ai bisogni e alle richieste dei loro studenti.
  • Essere consapevoli della rilevanza e dell'importanza che gli studenti hanno nel processo educativo.
  • Avere le competenze per sfruttare con successo le differenze culturali come strumento di apprendimento e insegnamento.
  • Essere in grado di creare nuove attività educative che abbiano un impatto positivo sull'integrazione degli studenti con background migratorio.

Qual è lo scopo di questo modulo

Lo scopo di questo modulo è quello di sviluppare le competenze di educatori adulti e facilitatori per essere attori attivi dell'integrazione.

Gli obiettivi del modulo:

  • condividere una serie di pratiche efficaci e inclusive che possono essere utilizzate per l'educazione in contesti interculturali;
  •  sfruttare al meglio le esperienze già esistenti di educazione interculturale;
  • condividere alcuni strumenti pratici che danno valore e importanza alle differenze culturali;
  • condividere pratiche per trasformare i contesti educativi in uno scambio.
